• Adding cost for Bed&Linen: € 35 per week.

• At request Air Conditioned (Apt. #C and #D) : € 100 per week.

• Car-parking, beach place, sunshade, deckchair and sunbed are included in the price.

• TV-Sat Connection included.

• Electricity, warm water and final cleaning included.

• Hotel-Safe ( not for Apt. #A )
   

Rules

• Prices are subject to change.

• The reservation must be confirmed with one advance of 30% to be returned should the booking be noticed almost 30 days beforehand.

• Payments must be made at the arrival and a caution-money of € 200 will be required.

• A week starts from Saturday at 16.00 hrs to Saturday at 10.00 hrs. Specific accords excepted, the arrivals are expected after hours 16.00 and the apartments must be left free within the hours 10.00.

• Final cleaning excludes cooking area, pots, pans and cutlery which are responsability of the client : if above items are not left clean, there will be an additional charge of € 30.
