weekly
rental
costs
vary
depending
on
the
type
of
apartment
taking
into
account
the
required
period
and
the
number
of
the
guests,
therefore
the
prices
will
be
communicated
following
your
specific
request
by e-mail or telephone.
For periods longer than two weeks, we will be able to offer more favorable prices.
Off-season or during winter months will apply flat rates for heating.
Be noticed that the tourist tax is not included in the rental prices.

Adding cost for Bed&Linen: € 20 p.p. per week .
Car-parking is included in the price.
TV-Sat Connection included.
Electricity, warm water and final cleaning included.
Hotel-Safe.
The sunshade and two deckchairs can be booked and paid directly to the beach at 70 mt from the house.Rules
